I have often thought some people had a VERY good imagination to seeing things in the rocks till I polished these up. Heres my competition. Name the scene in these two rocks at the front. The winner takes them + a mystery rock these Rocks I cant use they are a little thin on the edge and im sure some of you gifted people could use them. The photo dosent get the scene across properley either !! Size around 1 1/4 " across Please post all scene names here - date for last name is Mon 19th 1PM GMT. Then I'll post a vote thread. I see a pond with a lily pad and clouds in the background. The colors are more those of dawn and dusk. So my choice is; pond at dawn.

Spirit, I was thinking along the same lines. I see some cat tails rising to get the suns last few rays of warmth, and enjoying a beautiful fiery sunset. One lonely lily pad awaiting it's nightly companion to arrive....Mr. Frog. I'm going to call it... Peaceful Summer

Walking all day long through a jungle, I finally reach the seashore, where a mangrove forest enters the sea. I can see now the sunset through these mangroves. So I name it Mangrove Forest Sunset Adrian PS. Could that pet wood be mangrove ?

I see trees on the far bank of a pond with the setting sun shinning through them. The trees are even reflected in the pond as is the sunset.

Fantastic scenes. I see "Martian Thunderstorms" in them.

It reminds me of a sunset on the African savannahs. Heat making everything shimmer slightly.
I name it: Savannah sunset

Hmmm...the sun is setting; the giraffes have come for their last drink of the day. Heat shimmers everywhere. I'll call it: "Last Round at the Water-Hole" Thanks for a fun contest. I love to see every rock tell its story! Lady B

Most of you mention a sunset...........I see the opposite. The stone on the left shows the sun's first rays of the morning. The stone on the right shows the sun now coloring the entire horizon. Every day is a new beginning.
So I choose "Dawn of a new day"
