I finally had a chance to upload some of my pics from the blitz. Unfortunately I was really bad at using my camera until the last day, so these are only the people that continued to stay, and even at that, there are a few missing. Great shots! I miss everybody already. I've already bent Steve's ear about the last 2 days' collecting. Hung him up on his cell phone tonight for a long time while he was driving down I-17.

Great pics Ed. Lots of great looking friends there too...a few I've met, and the rest of them, I want to! I've always pictured Sands with a cigar for some reason. Don't know why...and I guess next week when I'm headed down, I should keep my Ducks Visor hidded??? NOT!!!! Thanks for the pics....it's fun to see all the faces put with the names. Steve

I noticed the other pics were taking a while to load on my DSL line so I made sure these would be dialup friendly. I didn't do any collecting Monday morning, but Dee went down there and found some nice pieces. I went down Sunday afternoon/evening and got eaten by mosquitos. The guy on the far right is one of the young guys that came down with Dee's daughter. I think we created 2 new rockhounds! I realized I forgot to pick up my flat rate boxes when I left so I hope someone will bring them to the post office for me. I showed great restraint this trip, I only had 3 FRB to send home!

Oops! I forgot to mention we all met at Jamie's house and then headed out to the campground via the agate pile, and that's how we wound up behind snowdog. Roxy, just be glad I didn't post the pic of you standing by the shower with your tounge hanging out! I know I was far away, but my camera has a great zoom lens!

I got my FRBs yesterday. I have sent and received plenty of these boxes. These were in some of the worst condition I have ever gotten. I hope it was the AZ postal folks and not my local ones.
Diving into work, but have increased my resolve to find a larger more permanent place sooner - so I can set up my tumblers and shop again.
Everyone on the trip was great to meet!
