I got a blade from them about 2 years ago. Seemed kind of disorganized mom & pop. A while back someone else on here was complaining about a messed up order or long backorder or something. I think they drop the ball a lot.

Mike I had the same kind of problem with them on templates, I got a email from them after three months and this was after several emails to them about it. I told them to keep and sell them to someone when they ordered it next time. Hmmm think I even put something on here about it back then. It might not have been templates but it was something simple like that.

well my friend filed with paypal and got a refund. and the message that came from them. was it was out of stock. it would have been nice to let him know at the first. mike
