Ahhh, that answers my last question. lol... Montana agates are awesome, I once had 25 pounds of the stuff but just two years later it's like trying to purchase gold.

I like! I like! Montanna's are some of my favorites. I love all the different patterns and they take a great shine. You've done a fantastic job on these and wow what a shine.

I didn't know Montana Moss was so hard to find, that's too bad cause it's a great rock for lots of things. It really makes awesome fish. Nice job on those Jimmy!!

Cher - not so much hard to find, just "large" quantities are hard to get at a decent price these days. And the quality stuff is expensive these days! Two years ago they were all over the place on ebay. I'm just amazed at how the rock world has changed in the two years I've been playing...

First pic. top right looks to have a ruffed grouse in it and the stone right below it has a flying dove. did anyone else notice that or do my glasses need cleaning

I was in a local jewelry shop right before Christmas. This place makes most of its own pieces and they have some really nice cabs set into gold and silver. They had one really nice necklace, a montana that wasn't as nice as these, set into gold and it came with a chain. My wife wanted fell in love with it and told me to put it on her Christmas list. Fortunately for me I looked at the price, $1,700. I nearly fainted. I realize that you are paying mostly for the gold work but it seemed really expensive to me. If I ever make a worthy cab I may just have to find out what he would charge to set it. Great montana's by the way.

Jimmy--you didn't know hens had teeth!! Hmmmmm---that would explain why you've been bitten so often. Hey--those agates are gorgeous. You did a super job on the pendants, simple but elegant. I totally love that small square one. Very nice, Jim.
