good to see you back, T., sometimes it's hard not to get angry/frustrated with some of the reactions on the board, about the best advice i can offer is when you are temptted to lash out, logout. think about your initail reaction, the spirit of the thread, etc. maybe even sleep on it. if you still feel justified in your own heart, let it out. but from my experience it's easier to let it go.

How I deal with anger.
If I LET someone make me get angry, I have just surrendered control of my behavior to them. I'm very possesive of my behavior and I'm not about to give someone else control over it. So I stop and think very long and hard before I express any anger.
