The other night Takila let the dogs out before bed.
Sadie likes to hunt for mice everywhere in the backyard and she like walking all over the rocks for the pond since mice like to live inbetween the rocks.
There was a thin sheet of ice over the pond and when Marni let the dogs in Sadie was soaking wet. Only one reason she could get soaked, she fell in the pond! I took a picture of the pond today getting frozen over and you can still see where she took her dip. About 11 oclock on the pond. You can see the white ice in the back and then the dark spot of thin ice, thats where she fell in. She is very lucky she was able to climb out on her own or it would have been 30 minutes before we would have checked on them.
