For all you doubters out there I wanted to show you that I can cook, and enjoy it also. As long as I don't have to put the dishes in the dishwasher.. Yep, biscuits and sausage gravy for everyone.

Biscuits? I don't see any biscuits there. Not quite sure what is in the pan either, need more proof. ;D And you said you were enjoying it, you're not smiling.

What is this biscuits & sausage gravy business? never heard of that!
It is true that Canadians & Americans eat different. I heard that in the US meatloaf is a comfort food - here, it's those things you serve people you don't want to come over again - no one eats that!
Grits...never heard of that either - not something you see on a menu either... I gotta get out more...

I have to make more biscuits in the morning to finish the gravy so I'll take some pictures of them. I wasn't smiling because it was Sunday morning about 9:am, only had one cup of coffee and I stayed up till 2:am playing Xbox...

What, biscuits and gravy is one of my specialties! And I am in Nebraska! Get some Bisquik, Edog, it's better than Jiffy, and the recipe is on the box, haha. You can be a comparison baker. And you can also use it to thicken your gravy.... More power to ya, dude!
