i have to type fast...comp dies every 10 minutes or so. just opened a letter from this place a few minutes ago. www.georgiaenhancedcare.com/Provider.htmno..i havent called them yet...but before i do...does anyone know if this is fee based...by looking thru the site...i cant tell really what is covered...or services provided. just thought i would ask if anyone had dealings...or thoughts about them...i am sure it be more than just geprgia...kev.

The portion of the site you linked to was the provider portion (for docs, social workers, hospitals, etc.). If you go to the member section (here's the link: www.georgiaenhancedcare.com/Member.htm) there's a lot more information including a member handbook and a FAQ. According to the FAQ, the program is free and is linked to the Georgia Medicaid program. If you got the letter, you're eligible per Medicaid. The FAQ does a pretty good job describing what the program is all about. It looks like they mostly provide support services for those with chronic illness. They assign a health care manager to a patient and try to help them with whatever they need, be it dental care, transportation, eye care, financial help...pretty much anything that a patient with a chronic condition might need. Sounds like a good program, honestly.
