Thank you Sands for being my go to guy for a while! ;D Love ya!
Man...I don't know exactly what happened. I couldn't get on here to save my soul for a LOOOOOOng time. Never did get the puter to a Dr., & I was gonna tear it up to haul away when I thought...give it one more try and EUREKA! Here I are! I'm soooo happy to be home!
Got lots to catch up on but I gotta get through this Sunday Superbowl then 2 days later I have Mardi Gras. (I've been cooking for 3 days getting my gumbo done and my feets are tired!)
I soooooo happy to be here!

Hey, I want the gumbo recipe (Not that we can usually get all the ingredients, but we are planning a Mardi Gras thing at the local Eagles club, and are shipping in crawdads, crabs, clams, etc.....! What else do I need?) Technology is great, when it works. Happy Mardi Gras! Send us pictures?

www.pannett.com/gumbo.html#odeKaren...if this turns out right there should be a link just above here. Since there's only a few days before Fat Tuesday...find a quick recipe. (when I say quick...it'll still take hours) There's 2 styles of gumbo. One is okra based & the other is file' based. (fee-lay...not file!) I do the okra but I love them both. THEN...ya get to decide what kind ya want. A chicken & sausage will be the easiest & least hurtfull on the pocket book. Anyways...spend some time lookin around for a recipe you want to tackle. Two very important things to remember: 1 DON'T burn your roux! 2 Don't scorch your pot. (yer gonna wonder why you wanted to make gumbo after you see all the thousands of different ways to do it!! tee-hee!) E-Dog...I've missed you too !!! (howdy takila!)

Hey, glad you're back Liz! I had some issues getting onto RTH after the proboard upgrade for about a week where the page simply refused to load even though everything else was OK. I emailed Sheri to let everyone know I was locked out and then it somehow just sorted itself out right as Mark was about to go medieval on it.
