I joined this site, dec. of 2006 and i have been trying to get a shine on some rocks, ever since. Welllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll today i opened that vibe for one last look before it went sailing threw the window. Guess What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I finally did it. Ya hoooooooooooooooooooooo. Now this picture doesn't show the shine as well as it is, but trust me, its there. Take a peak. By the way, when I started these, they were all 2" x 4" ;D did someone say, this takes Patience? So to celebrate, i'm taking my wife to "Jack in the box" She's so lucky, because if they hadn't turned out....... we would be eating rocks. ty all

I can confirm the shine! I was there today and saw them! They are really beautiful. Way to go Ralph! Ralph was not happy as the three of us (Mary Ann, my Aunt and I) pulled out of the driveway to go garage sale hunting. He said it was 'scary'? LMAO!
