Surprise ... I did it again. ;D This is green moss agate that I picked up from a vendor at Agate Days. It's such nice stuff to work with. I carved this little thing on my work force then tossed it in the tumbler for polishing.

That's what it's supposed to be. I did learn from making this that if I do it again, make the initial cuts more pronounced because you lose some in the tumbling.

Very nice! I still don't get that "fromt" and "back" meanings on each foto. They could be both named front.

LOL Sorry Adrian, but that's why I put that. I guess it just depends on which way you want the boot to face, it could be either so I couldn't make up my mind which one should be front or back.

Nope, all I have are rotary tumblers. I really think if I exaggerate the shape a little when I'm cutting, they will come out pretty good. Like this one, it's a first time and I definitely did not cut the heel in deep enough.
