im not sayin the drug dealers are on wellfare its the mules they use to get it here and then kick to the curb they dont see any money from it haha -- but now there here with nuthing in the pockets so they apply for welfare and find a job with one of the employers that wont check and see there not supposed to be here and then by the time they work all week and the gov hands them a check and food stamps there prob -- no they are living better then me on ss disabilty only dif is there not hurt and they dont pay taxs -- i paid taxs mosta my life from 9-5 after that it was all mine haha-- yea i cheated but i put in also what i made in a weekend could have coverd what i pulled in two weeks workin maybe a month on a good weekend -- and that was collecting just what other people owed for a percentage -- and i know about the price of gettin a buzz been there done that prob more then most since i rarely paid for anything --- but collected much from from the guys who did and moved it -- all im tryin to say theres no way anybody can say that illegals are not a drain on the US and all of the tax payers --and that they are being little angels when they get here they not only broke the law to get here but they keep doin it with fraud and driving with no licence and no insurance and and selling drugs and when they get hard times commiting other crimes -- yes it goes on with americans also but when you add all the illeagels into it you can double our probs -- maybe im just thinkin about me and mine but ya know what im tired of our taxs raising familes that could get off there ass and work for a living i been outta 9-5 work twice since i been about 15 or so and once was for 2 poped disc in my neck and then for 3 in my back and ya know what i hate not being able to work right now shit i could be over there with you diggin good rock and we could be makin some side money and some cool cabs haha -- i guess it like this with me i have to ask myself do they deserve to be handed all there getting when my daughter couldnt get any help with college since i didnt have the money to send her she was told get a job and do courses on the internet haha well --- i say hell no they shouldent get spit work for it come here leagle and doit like everyone else has for 200 years -- sneaking in the dead of the nite with a trash bag full of drugs or clothes is not the way to make your life better if you are serious about bettering your self im sorry that just dont cut it with me
PS as soon as i can save up the gas money im commin back over there and go rockin wit you guys again so scout some good blue and green stuff haha

LOL.. well Edog.. you ain't the first to tell me that I'm full of it.... lol.. Ain't bother me none... What bothers me is the link... I actually didn't know rather to scoff at you.. laugh at the president, Gasp at the Feds.. Or shake my head at the border patrol...
Either way guess it really goes to show you who's to blame ....sure aint the smugglers... as far as I see it.. the president himself , the board of Administrations, the Justice Department, And the Prosecutors all failed doing their job.. Myself...... I think it was a bad deal gone bad.. between them (drug smugglers)and the Border patrol..
You can't honestly believe they are all good guys who wear a badge do you? Matter of fact... Bush himself couldn't be that blind now could he.. Unless there is an unseen motive behind it all...
Anyways.. I know enough about the big cities.. wasn't always in Montana ya know.. And I never did trust the boyz in blue.. or anyone else in office.. I've had my share of Run ins with the law.. And with those on the opposite side of the law.. To know what's what ..
I know People in those Very high places also get a cut of what comes in... it's not just a Street drug.. I know some of those people who fight against that so called drug war have alot to gain if they play their cards right.. so I'm not sure what to think about what I just read.. guess it just reinstates what I already believe about those in authority..
And Smugglers.. Border patrol.. Presidents, Congress men, Mayors, Judges, Lawyers, cops, Jailer's, slingers, and fiens..... Are all connected sooner or later..... in more ways than one.. So I have little respect for those in Authority.. but I do give them props for staying out of the radar when it comes to things like this.. how they do it.. MONEY.. plain and simple..
And Welfare.. just don't cut it..

i said from the begining that those two border guys should be givin a dam medal not put in jail and bush is a dumb a$$ for not steping in and giving them a pardon we need guys like that on the job not in jail -- thats realy something when ya tell them to defend our border then lock them up for doin there job -- they got railroaded big time

One reason for the great rise in illegals has got to be the effect they have on wages (and perhaps on inflation), maybe that's why so many staunch "conservatives" like Reagan and Bush fight to make illegals, legal...when times are good and US Citizens jobs are more secure, immigration is a minor issue. When times are uncertain, our job (and general) insecurity about the future makes immigration a hot button.
It is obvious to me that illegal immigration is not a problem our government wishes to solve. Various politicians jump on the bandwagon and rail against illegals (while at the same time hiring them to be their nannies and do their gardening and roof and side thier houses, etc ). Other politicians pander to illegals because they think it will get them votes. And there are other politicians who try to get everyone to treat immigrants as fellow human beings and treat them with dignity.
One of the most ridiculous things I've seen over the past couple of years is the insistance on Building a Fence. Who do you think a fence will keep out? Maybe the Sick and Feeble? But definitely not the able bodied, ever here of fence cutters? or tunnels? Every year you hear of drug dealers and illegals burrowing under in populated regions. A fence cannot stop Al Quida. For Gods sake, they took flying lessons to beat us. If you want to feed your family or buy them a better life, you're not going to let a silly febce get in your way.

Hey Sands.... Those two Border Patrols guys are hanging by the very same law they promised to abide serve and uphold.. so I guess they aren't even above the law ... cuz it says they broke it by firing on an unarmed man.. regardless if he was a criminal.. He was shot in the ass... means he was running.. And they say They shot more than 10 rounds and missed... on purpose? doubt it.. the other officer shot him once and hit.. Guess they shouldn't abuse their authority... I'm sure they were up to something.. and it wasn't just a first time offender ..obviously they've let him thought before.. I'm just guessing They are gonna get What's coming to them for messing up an Expensive Deal.. and those in power.. pull the strings..

if it was me and i was dealing with a drug runner i wouldn't have missed they woulda bagged the guy up when i was done with him -- there only mistake was not finishing what they started they fired for the same reason i woulda you know hes doin something wrong and ya never know what hes gonna pull out -- so i say better him then me -- he wouldn't have got shot if he wasn't smuggling drugs into the US was his own fault
me and you think dif but thats ok i think when your doin something wrong you should be stopped no matter what --- you think they should get an award for doin it because they are gettin away with it haha ---- but thats ok ill hunt rock wit ya anyday cause i like ya you dont back down haha

Hey baby, I watched it on O'Reilly, CNN and on Nancy Grace plus have read it a few places also.
I don't think it's so far fetched for a bullet to ricochet off a tire and hit the guy.
A bullet won't always pop a tire if it ricochets off from an angle.
I don't need to always think for myself when I have Bill O"Reilly to watch.

I agree with MidnightRocks that you have to think for yourself. Do not take the Lies and Rhetoric produced by Fox News and Talk Radio without doing some investigation into its truthfulness. Bill Orielly would (and has) sold his soul for ratings. He feeds off of otheres insecurity and deals in innuendo and half truths.
There is no way that you could find a jury of your peers in the USA who would convict you because you shot a drug smuggler/dealers tire out and the bullet ricocheted and hit him. It just doesn't happen! and it has nothing to do with Liberal or Conservative, just human beings concerned about each other and justice.

They convicted them for the other things they did wrong like pick up their shell casings, not report the shooting since they didn't think the illegal got shot. They were not suppose to give chase unless they had prior permission.

For the first time in my life, I'm feeling the effects of illegal aliens first hand, in a big way...
The town I live in, Pahrump, population ~40,000, is feeling the effects of the economic recession real badly. Due to the crumbling housing market, new home construction has fallen to a trickle and people aren't doing much in the way of home improvement. That means that there's very little work for concrete masons (my trade). While almost all of the concrete construction companies here are at a complete standstill, the one big company in town which has exclusively Mexican workers continues to work steadily. This is the company that was slapped on the wrist last year when they did an illegal alien roundup and busted most of his crew, and had replenished the crew within a week. This is the company that can beat the bids of all of the other local companies by an easy 25%, therefore snagging almost all of the little work that's available. This is the company that treats their workers like dogs and pays them peanuts. And here I sit, a skilled tradesman, with my mortgage seriously in default.
I'm all for rounding-up the illegal aliens and shipping them all back where they came from. Employers caught with illegal aliens working should be closed down, permanently, and their owners banned from ever owning a similar business again. Cut all illegals off from all public assistance ... when they show-up at the welfare office for help, arrest them and ship them back to where they came from. Don't give them money, food, jobs, bank accounts, housing ... NOTHING. THAT'S what they're slowly doing to ME, an AMERICAN CITIZEN, born and raised, so they deserve no better.
If you think that the illegal aliens are doing something good for this country, you're dead WRONG.

MichaelJohn...I agree with everything you are saying...it's not hard to find the companies that hire illegals and screw the rest of us for a buck. You can't find work because some rich fat cat who doesn't lift a finger can hire illegals with impunity...and the blame goes beyond the employers to the people who hire these companies...If you are improving your residence or building a new one, it isn't hard to figure out who employs citizens and who does not...
These rich fat cats wave the American Flag and claim to be Patriots but their only loyalty is to the American Greenback.

Aww that sucks Michaeljohn.. And I can understand your frustration and you have every right to be angry....
The guy that's getting all the jobs... should be held responsible .. more than a slap on the wrist, or a mere fine or the time consuming task of getting a new crew together.. I'm sure was enough to make him realize his role in the economic standoff.. but I doubt it..
Still I can't bring myself to blame the mexicans... When I know it's an AMERICAN.. who knowingly hires an illegal alien.... it's an AMERICAN... who hires that company to do cheap labor... it's an AMERICAN... who decides to cut corners and make a profit off of dirty buisness.. .. and I don't know if sending them all back is going to work now.... I mean after all I heard they just passed it where all 7.3 million or was it 17 i forget, however many there are here to apply for citizenship and if they pass the Finger prints, name and pictures through the FBI files, and are not wanted they will become a citizen of the United States.. only those with a record or wanted will be sent back...
So.. I guess we'll all see just what precentage of that will end up going back...
wonder who got to vote on that one....
