Apparently Graves took ALL of their spool polisher inventory to Tucson, so the one I ordered on Jan 17 will not be delivered "until they get back".
If any RTH-ers should happen to stop by the Graves booth, and could remind them that a paid customer is not so patiently waiting in Berkeley for his spool polisher, maybe they'll find a way to get one to me before Springtime.......

Howdy everyone,
Hey I need some info: My Brother-in-law is thinking of going to Tucson around the 12th and wanted to know if I wanted to come along. I haven't a whole lota time nor extra cash. I have never been to this show so late, always was there the first week. Does anyone know if, and how long, the miners from Mexico will be there??? I usually buy their stuff and carefully selected pieces from rough dealers like Madagascar (Electric Park) but if these guys are at the bottoms of their barrels I can't afford to leave the shop that long. Any info would be appreciated.-Dale Rhode

Rallyrocks- I sent my wife by Graves today to ask if they had a spool polisher in stock. They don't. They old her they wouldn't hve any until the end of the month.
Dale- Electric Park lasts through the 17th.

I usually like going somewhat towards the end. That's when you get the best deals, so if they're starting to run low, or they need to head out, their prices come down. I've gotten some excellent deals that way. Might be worth going Dale. I'll be there Friday.

I know whenever we sold at Quartzsite man the day before we left I would make bulk deals that were so insane just to get rid of the Oregon rock so I didn't have to haul it back. So that is a benefit in hitting the show towards the end...Right now I am wanting to go real bad but things keep getting more critical with my Grand-daughter she is trying to be born to early (6 weeks) Her contractions had stopped and the Doctors said if she could last another week then when Labor started again they would do a c-section but the contractions started again, I just can't chance it. I'm to frazzled, been going on over a week now. I'll sit this one out unless she has the little darlin and she is okay and alls well then Grand-pa is making a flying run to Tuscon lol...This is the part of being self-employed that stinks. BUT I can always go to Richardsons Ranch for new stock, they always bring back new inventory from Tuscon, I gotta pay their price but its usually very reasonable...If I go I will for sure get in touch with you and maybe we can meet at Electric Park.
