Albuquerque Gem and Mineral Club's 38th Annual Show
New Mexico State Fairgrounds (School Arts/Flower Bldg.),
Friday, Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday is "DOLLAR DAY", Saturday and Sunday $3.00, under 13 free.
We'll have over 35 dealers selling everything from amethyst cathedrals to Zebra rock, rocks and minerals inexpensive to moderately priced, gems (crystals, faceted, cabs, rough, and set in jewelry), decorator items, and jewelry, etc.), books and supplies, beads, and lots more. We'll have a mineral ID Booth, visits by a well behaved and socialized wolf, an educational booth from the NM Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources (both a display and maps, books, and guidebooks, etc.), grab bags for kids, about three silent auctions per day, raffles, and door prizes. We will have displays (about 20), most of them educational.
Directions:
New Mexico State Fair Grounds. San Pedro entrance just north of Central and south of Lomas. School Arts building is to the North of the spot at which you pay the entrance fee.

I went by yesterday. Great show 2 days left, it was well worth the drive. Tons of rough, beads, cabs, slabs and minerals. Anyone around Albuquerque this weekend must stop in. Use the San Pedro west entry Gate I think it was gate 4. Jason
