Hi! Yesterday I saw a pigeons' nest with an egg right in the front of our window: I hope they know what they do, and that spring is close I also hope that my cat's interest for them won't bother them too much. Thanks for looking, Adrian

LOL I'll never get over what lousy nests they make. Sure hope you are right Adrian, we had windchills last night of -50° yesterday and last night. We won't eve see above zero today.

great photos, Adrian, even though pigeons aren't my favorite birdie.
we had snow today, blowing winds and temps are going to nosedive tonight, not quite as cold as you, Cher, but miserable enough!
my little backyard birds have really been working the feeder today.

LOL Adrian!!! How cute is that! ... I don't care too much for them either .. But something cher mentioned about them being lousy nest builders.. had me laughing after looking at it again.. ...You'd think they were Ghetto birds.. Poor egg.. hope it dont fall out with the next breeze .. lol
Oh and Adrian.. don't let your kitty eat it..... and let me know if it actually hatches..

Haha, don't worry Roxy, my cat won't eat it unless she decides to have the last meal in her life. It's about 10 feet distance between my window and the nest.

Any sign of spring is good! That really is a lousy nest. If the birds are small we call them doves and everybody loves them, if they're larger we call 'em pigeons, the bird with the worlds worst public relations! "Ghetto birds" Ha ha ha!!!
