Hello! I'm leaving tomorrow on an RV trip from Mesa AZ to Rocky Point, Mexico. I've been to the Quartzite and Tucson shows this year, but as you all know; there are never enough rocks! ;D Does anyone know of a rock shop in/near Rocky Point, Mexico or a place to go rockhounding near there? FYI, I have a bad knee, so can't climb any cliffs. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

There are agates north of Gila Bend along the river. Only a few miles out of your way.
Take a look at the mine tailings just south of Ajo. Also north of Ajo 8-9 miles at the big wash, rocks along both sides of the wash.
Don't pick up anything in Organ Pipe Nat. Monument...those folks have no sense of humor.
Never saw anything on the way to Rocky Point...but never stopped and realy looked either.
