Greetings from sunny Arizona. We have been getting hammered with snow, in turn I have been pumping A LOT of Propane! Here I am up the top of my thigh but usually I am trudging through waist deep stuff. The good news is my company acquired another, smaller company in town with a few trucks which include a new shiny Kenworth. Which is mine! All mine!

Cool beans dude. A Kwopper! I got to play with an Autocar for a year. I hope yours runs as well as mine did. Took a while to get used to the tranny though. It definately was not a Road Ranger. It had the dangest shift pattern I ever saw. I never missed a gear untill I got into that one. I had to look at the guide a few times. First was where third was, second was where first was, third was where second was, fourth was where first was, fifth was where second was, then up range and it all changed. The triplex Mack was waaaay more comfortable than that one. I got pretty good at a B-Model, and a triplex. I kinda miss those days. One boss shoved me into a Brigadeer with a 4/71 and 9 speed. You had to go around some hills. It didn't hold back notin. Brakes all the way. That Kenny will be one slick ride. Set back front, lots of room inside, good clutch, Lots of power. Yeah.

Ha ha Randy, guess I will be going to be see Pops on Friday where it is 70. Wish it was for a better visit!
Doc, this is an easy 6 speed. Sounds like you had a Spicer. They are bearish. I had a Road Ranger awhile back, 10 speed which was OK until I had to start climbing. Had to be pretty precise or else you had to pull over and start again!
If the K/W had a Jake I would be all set but nope. Slowing down 2,700 gallons of LPG on a short get-off is interesting.

Mike,
You aint too far from the lovely Grapevine. Nope, I don't miss that stretch. That and Cajon Pass.
The Grapevine usually makes news once a year for pileups, any fun this year Mike?
