Name suggestions for this carnelian tree most welcome! Made with 26 gauge non-tarnish, gold-colored wire, this sculpture has 601 carnelian leaves and some large and small carnelian tumbles. It stands 9" high x 7" wide and deep: Detail pictures: Eileen

I'm going with Laurelin. It is from J.R.R. Tolkiens stories of middle earth. Laurelin was the tree of golden light. For 7 hours a day it gave off light. The tree was killed but its last seed was saved and made into the sun.
KD "Forever Autumn" was a Justin Hayward solo song not the Moody Blues. I've always loved this song and its one of the reasons I named my daughter Autumn.

I'm going to ask this same question on a fish forum that I frequent and see what those guys can come up with. If I like any of theirs, I'll add them here.

haha, a fish forum? Catching or cooking fish? Like Salmon at the end of their wire (journey)? What a fun idea, to get completely different points of view. K
