Wowzers! Those turned out James and RS worthy! Gorgeous colors too. The one that popped out at me was the one in the 1st pic...just right of dead center. It may be the same one you did a close-up shot in the last pic. You gotta be happy with those. Steve

Great Batch!
Sodalite is kinda like my first love when it comes to rocks. Always have some around. In fact I need to get on the stick and get some cabs done.

Thanks for the compliments.
I use 60/90 until happy, It shapes pretty fast. 120/220 - 2 weeks 500 - 2 weeks 1000 - 2 weeks AO - 2 weeks 6 to 12 hours, overnight in borax between each stage.
I get all of my grits from the Rock Shed.
Edited - I forgot to say I use plastic pellets to keep the load properly full from 120/220 on.

Wolf - I found the 1000 pre polish made a big difference. I did my first couple of batches without it and ended up re doing them in the 1000 first.
