Here is most first set of cabs I bought from the Hayward CA rock show. I have never worked this type of boulder opal before but it is similar to to the Koroits. Here's the pics of the first slice:

Those two pieces are amazing! And they are so well matched to each other! They would make some beautiful ear rings, if they are not too big.
