Hi, everyone. I tried to enhance the shine on a tumbled hematite. I used the diamond pads which work really fine for agates, pet woods and obsidian. The result was a mess, I ruined the gloss If somebody knows any trick for hematite, please let me know. Thank you, Adrian

BRASSO or Nev R Dul They do the same thing only on is more common in liquid (brasso)

Adrian, I think it is a polish used on brass items for the home ( lights, plumbing fixtures and the like )...it most probably can be had at a market or home supply type store...I personally use zam which can be used on turquoise/silver with some luck...hematite is so messy..Larry

Yeah Adrian, toss them in the tumbler with AO. I tumble hematite all the time, always put one or two pieces in each load, then they don't get too messy but if you put too many they will stain other rocks.
