A bit late to post this, however just came back home ( India) with lot of great pics and a splendid experience.
This was my first time in the United States and at the gem show. (great place n lovely people).
Never seen somany things together at one place. My favorite was a very rare and expensive opal displayed at the Days Inn Convention center.
A Long journey from Bombay To Tucson, but it was worth it.
It snowed twice during the show dates. I had a small booth at rapa river selling Indian Lapidary Rough. Could'nt sell much for the first year. Prayerfully it will be good in the coming years.
Shall keep you all posted with something new.
