If you don't need super thin I'd use the BD303-5" x .020" x 5/8". If you want thinner the 4" x .014" 303 is the thinnest sintered blade that will fit it. With the 5" you get a full 1.5" cutting height on tht saw. The blade that comes from the Ameritool factory is a Chinese plate blade 4" x .008" that costs $10 but won't last anywhere near as log s a sintered 303. And, the 303 won't cut your finger either.
