My wife finished your sentence Cher, with one word, MINE! This red squiggly stone is being shipped to Canada to be set in a ring for my wife. I'll post pics when it comes back.

Stoner,
If it's not giving away your trade secrets. What did you use to polish your lapis? I always struggle to get a good shine on lapis.

For a week? Does this mean you'll be landing in El Paso soon, after all?

Thanks everyone, no, unfortunately I won't be landing in El Paso, just busy. Rick, I do all my polishing on a leather belt(3" wide) that has 14k on the left side, 100k in the middle, and 50k on the right side of the belt. I haven't met a stone yet that didn't take a shine. On the lapis, I used all three, although I could have stopped at 50k.

Ed I can't wait to see the ring when you get it back and I do not blame Mrs. Ed at all for finishing my sentence. ;D

Hello Ed,
Hey buddy ... those stones are absolutely gorgeous!
I am and have always been a plume agate junkie ... now you know why!
I have been working like a mad-man and it sure is getting our bills paid off ... so, I guess it is worth it. I am kind of getting used to making 1,800.00 a week (take home) and with enough work to keep us busy until September ... I should be setting pretty well by years end.
I always enjoy getting on the board and seeing what you have been up to. Hopefully, in time I will be able to get my Genie back from Kansas and start doing cabs myself again.
Take care my friend and keep up the awesome work!
John

Thanks John, coming from you, I take that as the highest compliment. It sure would be nice to see your work again. I went back through the posts, but you've taken all your photos down. I sure wish I would have saved them. I'm glad to see you're doing well.

Gorgeous, as always! I've got to put in another vote for red squiggly. Those plumes are really sweet, too!
