I hope to have these all drilled and ready for Easter presents. I put them back in the rotary to burnish (no padding) broke one!! I plan to put this in "Member Photos" but these are tumbled piece too. My first try at anything like this! Made it for Peyton. Thanks for looking! john

OMG John, that dolphin is gorgeous! You must explain how you did this, did you make a pattern first? I am continually amazed at the wonderful ideas that people come up with here.

I really like the stone crosses. I've made silver ones for gifts before, but I bet the males would prefer the stone ones. At least I do. They just seem more "manly" for some reason. Sorry ladies.

I love the tumbled crosses. I'm green to this hobby.... are there directions on this site on how to do something like that?
Also, that dolphin is a FANTASTIC idea! I love that!

Let me dig - there is a tutorial for a more complicated Celtic cross using a tile saw.

Awesome tutorial, Akansan! Thank you so much for posting it. I've tried cutting some crosses with my trim saw with miserable results, and now I can see some key points where I was screwing up. I'm doing well with other shapes, lots of trial and error - but I just couldn't figure out the "over-cutting" issue on the back. I can't wait to get back to the saw and try these. Great illustrations and directions on the tutorial, as well. Thanks again -
