I just wanted to give kudos to Shawn and his crew at Therockshed.com. I put in an order for a Lortone QT66, grit pack, and an extra pound of 60/90 grit last Monday. I received the shipment in its entirety 6 days later. Shawn was very prompt in answering all my questions and made ordering from Therockshed.com very easy.
Does anyone know if Shawn is a member of this website or if he ever visits? He seems to have a very strong backing here.

He's a member, but I've only seen him post once or twice since I joined last August.
But yes, he is a favorite! Prompt and friendly. I recommend him, too.

I didn't know he was a member. What's his screen name? He used to lurk here quite a bit, and he said that he would rather remain anonymous. However, last time we discussed it he said business had been so good that he really didn't have time to lurk anymore.

the rock shed is great .i bought a 2barrell 3 lb lortone .shawn was very helpful .i had to move up from 8 oz. plastic kids toy got for my 6 yr old for Christmas , very quickly . i'm addicted is it that quik for everybody ? i also got 15 lbs rock & grit they had a 20 % discount on rock with tumbler purchase .i can't wait till i need more

Yes, Shawn is the best. Order pay and you have it in usually 2 or 3 days. Great service and the bag of candy in each order is icing on the cake.

Shawn and the Rock Shed are awesome! I've bought from him many times. I've done Geology and rock talks with Boy Scout troops, 4-H and a couple at my kids elementary school. I always give the kids quartz crystals at these talks. Shawn's quartz crystals are usually the best price I can find without having to spend $50 or more to get wholesale pricing. Shipping has alway been fast and the one time that I've communicated via email, he responded right away. Nothing but the best to say about the Rock Shed!!!
