Here are some cabs cut from Arizona and Australia material. First up is the Arizona material, all agates from the agate pile. Red and White plume A different red plume Not sure what to call this. backlit Dark Plume backlit Another dark plume, and it's also an iris agate. Here's 2 views on different color backrounds to show the iris effect. Very cool. backlit And a few from Australia. And this will become my new avatar someday. That's all.

So now I am resigned to begin working with boulder opals. It loos like stained glass from Timothy Leary's Cathedral. Sweet.

"A" is also for "Astounding", "Awesome" and "Artistic". Yep, it's all about "A's"

Ed, those are beautiful! I really like the shapes, and that "what ya call it" is great. But that last opal had me jaw dropping. Amazing material, and framed so expertly. T

Amazing! Astounding! that Iris Plume is A-1 in my book! the dark plume is pretty Alluring too! that last Boulder Opal is just plain Astonishing!
