I met this guy at the Sweethome, OR show. He is from close to Eugene Or. I saw his slab-grabber on the table and it was exactly what I wanted. I have several that do 3" rocks, but I wanted one for 5" rocks. I have priced them at about $60. His was only $29, and he threw in a discount because I was a club Sweethome member. The thing is very well built. Check out his web site: www.sphereproducts.com/slabgrabber-sphereindexing.htmThe price on his diamond sphere machine seems about 2/3 the cost of Covington's. He will have a demo of it at the Salem show in mid-April. I bought some of his diamond drills and core drills. I will report back on those.

How do you order from his site?? I wouldn't mind buying one of his slab grabbers. Too bad I still don't live in Oregon. I worked in Eugene! Thanks Dan. Steve

Thanks for the offer Dan...I'll just go ahead and call him. I wasn't sure if he had a website which wasn't opening up for me. Steve
