Wowzer indeed! The first unknown looks like bird's eye jasper. Some of the other unknowns could have wood origin I think.

Adrian, the first one is not Jasper, it is agate! I have never seen it before. I would love to identify it.

What a Fabulously Fun day of cutting you had Sheri! You have some great looking slabs there, and many, many cabs to come from them. I love those flame pet wood pieces, and the fsih eye stuff looks crazy cool! I still believe your unknown is Common Banded Opal from Milford Utah. I need to take a few pics and post for comparison. I do have some that look really close to those. Thanks for sharing. Steve

I thik the two unknowns, the one Adrian talked about, and the one that looks like amoebas on fire, are both petrified palm wood. One cut with the needles and one cut across the needles. Still, they are pretty wild palm if they are.
Some great patterns in many of these. I will try a few virtual cabs if I get a moment.

Wow, great cuts indeed! The ones with the eyes are definitely agatized palm root, one of my favorite material to work....Mel

Hi! Excellent pieces! Looks like some myrickite in there, the one with the orange lines, and the layered one with red.
