I found the time to slice a few last night (woohoo!). First up is some Bulico Jasper from Mexico And a couple from an unknown red and gold jasper. Anyone know what this stuff is? Close up Thanks a bunch!

I've never really seen any good pics of Bulico Jasper...and those pieces are amazing. You can take some great pics too. Those should make some sweet cabs. Steve

OH SWEEEEEET, the Bulico Jasper looks like heiroglyphs or chinese paintings, and the coloring is awesome. The red and gold jasper looks great, cant tell you what it is, except that it is exceptionally nice...........................Tony

The Bulico pattern is nicer than the pattern in my Bulico - at least so far. I do not think the red/gold stuff has a name.

Brian - That Bulico looks a lot nicer than the stuff I got way back - it all looked like the bottom third of yours, and pinholes throughout. The red and gold looks like Vaquilla agate, also from Mexico. Rich
