Hey, All-
Welcome to the Weekend! ;D
Now down to business...
Is there any place that offers a pretty complete tutorial on making cabs? Equipment needed, the steps of the process, best stones to use, etc?
I am really intrigued by what I see here, and I've looked through a lot of pages and pictures, but I'm not sure I'm getting the the whole Big Picture.
It looks like there's a bit of investment required to do it right, so I'm sure it's nothing I'll be doing too soon, but I'd love to find out more about it.
Thanks!

Thanks, Geoff! That is a HUGE help and exactly what I was looking for! I'm meeting with some of our local Gem & Mineral club members on Wednesday, so I can hopefully glean what options are available via the club.
Thanks again!
Chris

Hey Chris. The folks at the Gem and Mineral society should be able to show you and actual machine and the process in cutting cabs, so you're doing the right thing by meeting up with them. Let us know how that goes.
