Yeah...I know...you probably get sick of me posting Dugway Geodes ;D I was able to drive out to the Geode Beds yesterday!. We are working on a project that is only a few hours away, and it was too windy to do anything...so I just had to get my Geode Fix! I spent about 5 hours digging, and I brought back quite a mother-load! I actually dug more multiple chamber Geodes yesterday then I ever have. Some rather larger ones too. I spent most of today cutting rocks, so I'll be posting more on different threads....just a fair warning! Here's a multi-chamber Geode. The Pick! the Placement! I decided to slice this through the center. the Result! nothing too fancy. I would have liked to have open chambers and all sorts of cool stuff...but oh well! I haven't seen too many Dugways with multi-eggs. I actually found one that has 10-12 eggs in one massive clump. It's actually too big for my saw. That will have to wait for another day. Decided to cut another one too. This one is really unusual for what you find out there. I really liked the white solid opally agate...and the cut was suprising too. It reminds me more of a Thunderegg rather than a Geode. Steve

It may not be fancy with crystals inside, but that multi-geode is cool! So is the other one you cut. Looking forward to your other pics!

I agree with holdemplyer. But Daniel found some awesome patterns in that first one, too.

Oooh yeah! Get on with cutting those babies Steve. The two you have cut are sweet, especially number 2.
