Hi folks! I am thinking of putting some of my rotten wood on the net and see if there is a market for it. Like a dummy, I didn't bring a lot home with me, but can get some more next time I'm at the site. This will be a name the material contest. I really don't think rotten wood is the best of names and would like to have a cool name for it. The rules: In order to have a real name contest and not a popularity contest I am asking that you PM me your entry. You can change your entry at any time, but please PM me. Entries posted in this thread will not be accepted. I will post each entry with an ID number. One week from today May 15, I will put the names up for vote. I will try to put all the entries up unless there is just too many. If there are too many, my wife and I will pick our favorites and post them. The vote will run for one week to May 22. The winner will receive a couple of large slabs of rotten wood and whatever else I can find to throw in the box. Please remember that this wood has several flavors and I'm looking for a name that will fit all. There's a couple of examples below. Thanks and good luck! Curt

I picked May 15th as the date to end the entry part of the contest. Wouldn't you know that my Dr has picked that same day as the date for my surgery. I should be home by the 17th and hopefully in my right mind, so I'm going to extend the contest until May 17th.
Thanks!
Curt
