I like them all. The charoite is my favorite. I like the way the shape goes with the scene.

One of the best things about Ed's cabs is the way he orients the material. He cuts most stones slightly askew. I love gazing at my currrent collection of Ed cabs. It's a form of meditation for me. The colors and the shapes... when viewed as a group, the stones look like they are dancing. StonesInMotion was the perfect name for his business.
Hats off to you, Edweiser. :)S

They are all great, but I find myself being partial to the Charoite. Just my thing for blue things.

I take it back, Ed . . . ya just needed a little coaxin' is all. And a baker's dozen, no less. (Although I think those bakers went out with the Edsel.) I like the two different corals, and a very unusal look for a Laguna. Rich

Charoite wins for me, hands down, none else compares to that one!
About the willow creek: is that stuff kinda soft? I have something similar (pink w/ black lines) that's soft like the picasso marble and kinda "soapy" when you grind it

Thanks everyone. And thank you Susan for your compliment, I've always considered myself somewhat askew!!!
Do bakers still take Wednesday off?
Tweetie, the willow creek is a porcelain jasper, very hard stuff. It sounds like you either have rhodonite or rhodocrosite.

Great cabs! Is Charoite tricky or difficult to work? Bob
