this first one i'm pretty sure was some material i got from BearCreek Lapidary, but darned if i remember what it is....any clues? this next 25mm x 18mm is from a slab that Cher sent me years ago: a 25mm x 18mm very thin bot, again, i think from Bear: i'm a little disappointed with this 25mm x 18mm piece of carasite, not only did it start to display some fracturing, i think i cabbed the wrong side, here's the front: and the back: next up is a spooky piece (another 25mm x 18mm) of orbicular jasper aka imperial jasper: a 30mm x 21mm unknown plume, i think i got this from Steve Holmes: and lastly a very nice piece of idontknowite, but if you look closely there are little bits of druzy in there. this slab may have been given to me by Randy? or eDog? one of those biker guys...not sure. thanks for looking, have a great holiday weekend! KD

Very beautiful stones. They are all so nice I can't decide a favorite. I know how you feel, my wife usually says I cab the wrong side.

I'd guess Wingate Plume on that first one. Don't know what the last one is but it is my favorite from a great group of cabs!....Mel

That last one really jumps out at me as well, but that first one has really great patterning!

Cool, you're back to posting somewhat regularly. Another nice batch KD. Tough one on the Carrisite though.

Great batch of cabs out of some nice material. I see what you mean about the carasite, the back does have a nicer pattern.

Great job on all of them, KD. My favorite is the last one, because of those little bits of druzy.

Hey . . . I see a mountain on the back of that Carrasite and a farmhouse too, top left. But you woulda lost that if you domed the back. Lotta nice plumes there, KD. Rich
