I have an old qt-66 and the new belt is slipping. I adjusted the motor mount to increase tension. But after a few days, it is sliping again.

Is there some sort of spray-on belt dressing that stops slipping? WOuld auto-zone have it?

kap driving up their electric bill I know the voices in my head are not real but man do they come up with some great ideas! You said this is a new belt is is the right width if it is too small it will not set in the pulleys tight enough and can slip. Keith
