Dang...that stuff is just amazing! It's hard to understand how one rock can change so quickly in color and pattern. That little slice in the 7th pic is a prime example of what I'm trying to explain. It really boggles my mind. Love those pics and your rocks! Steve

Beautiful exampes of Morrisonite! I'm becoming a real fan of that material.
I'm going to have to watch TigerOak a little more closely. I go there to drool quite often, but always seem to miss the auctions.

That is absolutely killer material. It would go for big bucks on ebay. A lot of morrisonite is too dark and not enough values to be interesting. About a dozen of those pieces would produce some very expensive cabs if done by a known cutter.

I scored a piece during his last sale - #27 - the free one! It's an end cut, but it's my first piece of Morrisonite and I love it! I'm sure an experienced cabber could do something with it, but I'm just going to enjoy staring at it!
