Father's day was pretty quiet because I lost mine last year. So I did some cabbing! It was a beautiful day and perfect for sitting in front of the cabber. I kept it down to 5 so I could take my time. Hope you enjoy them. Steve Morgan Hill Poppy Jasper Moss agate from Jamie (desertdweller). This started out as a tumble sized rock but was able to swqeeze a cab out of it ;D The next three are Gyöngyöstarján agates from Hungary. I recently got some nodules (see member photographs section) and some slabs as well. This stuff takes an amazing polish and was interesting to work with. I took my time with them. Big eggish oval. Because this agate is hard to come by, I used every little bit of the slabs. I had a small end piece and got an itty bitty cab. A little longer than a fingernail.

Great cabs, Steve! That second Hungarian agate is my fav. Awesome material, I'm so close to it and I didn't know anything about it till I saw it in your posts and in Zoran's.

Nice work Steve, I like them all. That gyong agate sure has some neat patterns. Jamie's moss is really cool too. (Notice I didn't even try to spell it?) Adrian, I bet I know where your next rock trip it too!

"He does exist!" Good to see you back posting again. The far away agates are cool, but the poppy jasper is awesome. Nice cut.
