My latest batch, did not re-shape as much, ran less 120/220. Formula below
05/03/2008: Start in 1 week of 120/220, cut shapes, some small rocks, fill with pellets to just below lid. On Tuesday 05/06/ I took out more detailed shapes re-shaped a little, kept out until 600.
05/10/2008: Start in 600 let run 1 full week, check, re-shape if needed, then decide to stay in 600 one more week or go to Tripoly(pre-polish).
05/17/2008: Checked, decided to run 8 hour burnish, take to Tripoly for 2 weeks.
05/31/2008: Ran in Tripoly 2 weeks, looked good, burnish 8 hours. Put in old mix of AO/TO + 1
TBSP of new AO. Run for 2 weeks.
06/14/08: Checked, rinsed, ran 24 hours in burnish, take out of polish 06/15/08. Latest Batch- done
