I've only had my UT-10 for 2 days and so I cheated on my first batch.. Had the rock at pre-polish then used the vibe to polish. First a couple pics for the broadband challenged, then at the end there is a link to a gallery of 24 shots. Play around & you can get a slideshow. (click on the first pic in the gallery, then click on the top right icon above and to the left of the picture) What a blast!! www.certifiedrockhound.com/rth/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=1

Thanks all. The MA is about 3/8" thick and got a chip during the burnishing. I just used borax. The piece of Labradorite got beat up during burnishing also.
Sunday night I'll start a pre-polish cycle and hope to have that load polished by Thursday morning.

Sorry, no pics of the second batch. I barely had time to burnish it while packing for a music festival I sell stuff at. I _think_ I sold enough tumbles there to get a 25 lb bag of rough grit...those two 15 lb rotaries I have really eat the rough grit. I should have another 15 lb batch done in a week or two..maybe with some slabs/cabs mixed in.
