Those are nice. The polish looks good and the shapes are fine. I like the crazy lace best.

Wait a second... ugly cabs? Where? All I see is a lot if pretty ones. Maybe it'll take some time to get used to the new polisher even though I think they look great. I like that last one a lot. Sweet set of cabs. Steve

Why do you think your cabs are ugly? You have very pleasing shapes and a fantastic shine. They are all about the same color but that certainly doesn't make them ugly. I'd say job well done. Oh, and your photos are pretty good, mine stink.

You certainly are your own worst critic. I don't see any ugly cabs, actually they are quite beautiful and your photos are beautiful! Be your own best friend and pat yourself on the back for a job well done!

No ugos here. The pictures look fine as Web images go.If you don't already, put your camera on a tripod or beanbag or whatever for the best focus.I'm not familiar with point-and -shoots,but a small aperture will give the best in-focus range. If you can't set it manually, try bright but diffuse light;this will make your camera choose a small aperture.Off camea flash is great for this.Usually the pop-up flash is not so good because it is too close to the subject and too direct.you may be able to get an attachment for the flash that helps or make one out of milk bottle plastic.Mike.

There's nothing wrong with those, you should see my first attempts, I had no idea and no experience, I've learnt more by reading peoples posts here and looking at their pics, than any of the books I've got could teach me.

My cabs are still ugly, but I am getting a much better polish with the new polisher. The druzy ones still have polish in them. The sorry focus is also me...I have not made the jump from a real camera to digital very well yet. I have a point and shoot that self focuses, and does macro but not like a manual focus camera.
