here are a few that I felt satisfied with coming out of my very first batch. The others I fear, need more time in fine grit so they're going back in with some others. I have no idea what these stones are, as I am totally new to all this and just found these down by the river. The moon shaped stone I am curious about however, if anyone knows what it is, can you tell me? It's really cool looking. I assumed it was a type of turitella limestone. as you can see, it holds a dull polish. click them to enlarge   |

That little rock you are holding is awesome. Those are some nice beach rocks. nice color.

The moon shaped rock is really cool it looks like it has a petrogliph on it.
The white stones in your batch are probably snowquartz.
You did a good job on those.

thanks and that moon shaped one is strange. i dont know what would even make that shape and it mirrors itself on the stone
