...so I turned it into a necklace! I'll finish it with sterling chain and a clasp. It's the chrysocolla/azurite cab I did, with Olivine, jade, glass, Bali silver and Kyanite beads, and fresh water pearls, on Memory wire, wrapped with 26 gauge sterling wire. Here's a close up that shows off the cab (darn flash):

Wow Dee, you are good! That is a beautiful piece. I've never even tried to make a wrap like that, it looks so complicated. I don't wrap very often & my wraps are the most basic kind. My hat's off to you for doing such a great job.

I can imagine how much wire you use and time it takes to make your wraps. Not only are they beautiful but they are fun to look at. I love that chrysy!

I bet that is STUNNING in person! That stone must really light up a room...and the wrap certainly shows it off to great effect!

You are really getting the hang of that style. Way to go.

Thanks everyone, for letting me share! I find myself getting to the end of wrapping, and it's 'Aw shucks, I'm done...' kind of feeling! And it's rewarding to see the result.
