I'm new to the hobby, but it's a lot of fun so far. Love this site!

Hi, Kitty
Welcome to the site, I too i`m a new kid here.
Would you know any thing about "Detroit Rock" Well known in the 50s-to the early 70s. Though the material you can`t get it any more. with out a MSDS sheet.
It is Paint slag from the spray tunnels in the auto industry, years ago the painters would bring it home for display piece`s in the yard. then one day crazed rock hound thinking Slab-it Cabb-it.
well over the years the material has about played out. though some local shop`s may have a stash of the famous Man made rock around.
For it would be a real tease to group.

Welcome, Kitty. I'm new to this board too. Everyone here is helpful & friendly. Do you tumble, cab or wrap? or all three? Good to have you aboard. Don
