Hello Everyone, My husband bought me a rock tumbler for Christmas and never knew what he was getting into! I now have a double and a triple to go along with the single lortone. I guess you could say I have a rock addiction now. I just love to order new rocks and also find them for myself when I can. (My birthday and anniversary gift was a 3 in 1 swap top and that is an area that is a work in progress!) I have to admit that I have visited this site since I found it in January and have benefited from all of the wonderful advise found here! I finally got brave enough to register a couple of weeks ago and I am sure glad I did! ; Fran

I skulked for a while also before registering. I think many do. This place is warm and with 61 posts under your belt, looks like you already feel at home. Just as it should be

No, at least I don't think so. Maybe we will meet one of these days. She does some beautiful work.

Hey Fran -- welcome to the board. I was in your shoes about 2 years ago...I didn't own a tumbler then, but I had a good size collection of rocks...Anyhow, an RTH member was kind enough to get me a tumbler and get me started with tumbling and life has never been the same again. I'm currently going through my 5th batch...this time I'm tumbling some pet wood I received from catmandewe (another rth member). I will post some pictures later when it is done.
Good luck and welcome.
