I have got to share this. I made an order at the rock shed (grit and rocks) at about noon on Tuesday the 12th. As soon as I got back from lunch today (Thursday), the postman walked in behind me and he had a priority box for me. It was my order. I can't believe it was filled, shipped and delivered by the post office in 48 hours! I think that is a record.

Shawn at The Rock Shed has been very helpful and tolerant of questions on the phone and via email. I'd definitely recommend their shop as a friendly place for beginners to get started.

Here! Here! The Rock Shed is definitely in the top five of all time best companies mail order or otherwise to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Yep. Shawn’s been really good to me too. Sold me my first tumblers. Set me up with everything I needed to get started, including good advice, and now I can’t stop. I guess that’s a good thing.

I have placed two small orders for tumbler parts with the Rock Shed. Both times the parts were delivered with in two business days. Shipping both time was very reasonable also. Shawn is running an A+ business. I will be placing more orders in the future.

i been buyin from Shawn/rockshed since 2001 i think and have never been more satisfied with a on-line store period - he don't mind helping when ya don't know what you want or the name of it or a part for a machine or what ever and i just know when we email back and forth he's smiling the whole time -- and i don't mind spending my money when someone smiles at me like they appreciate my biz -- from the first order to the last i have never been disappointed
