Yes you have been busy. WOW, what a great group of cabs. Where to start? I love the druzy ghost wood but they are all top notch in pattern and shapes. Beautiful work Curt.

Curt! Love the shapes. And, man, I thought it was the knots I'd always be faithful to... but, now, it may be the ghosts I'll have to be true to YOu must be a torn man! Tony

That Ghost Wood is Absof~knlutely some of the Coolest Stuff I've seen in a while! And Never heard of snakewood before.. but it's pretty wicked looking... mind if I ask what's fossilized in it?.. or is that just a catchy name...

Thanks for all the comments guys! Roxie Snakewood is the rarest wood in the world and is found only in South America. Apparently a few million years ago it was fairly common in East Texas. If you cut it with the grain it has an appearance similar to snake skin, thus the name Snakewood. Curt

Real snakewood is very expensive too. I paid nearly $100 for a piece to make into a candlestick once. I couldn't believe the customer would spend that much money on a stick of wood. Great cabs Curt. Love the burl.

The ghostwood is amazing. I love the shapes and that shine would put Mr. Clean to shame!

Curt, They're all terrific, but that ghost wood is awesome, particularly that diamond. The burl wood is pretty sweet, too, lots of great motion in the stone. ANd thanks for the info on the snakewood -- had no idea it is still around and in use.
