Hi everyone, I got these two pieces with some tumbling rough from either Berg's Rock Shop or The Rock Shed. Both are fairly hard. I tried scratching it with an amethyst (it was the hardest thing that I could think of) and neither piece scratched. I turned the one piece over as it looked different on the reverse side. We will also see if the pictures show up at all. LOL. My first attempt at posting to the forum. Seemed easy enough though after I looked over the instructions. Thanks, Randy

Sorry. They look somewhat familiar but the hardness is a puzzle since the ones I'm thinking of would have been softer.
Suggestion: send the pictures to Shawn at The Rock Shed and ask him.

The rock on the right almost looks as if there were crystal forms that were blunted by sanding or something and it kind of looks botroydal (sp?) It also looks as if the back of it is host rock.
Now I'm curious so if you find out what it is can you post it.
Thanks

The one on the right in the first pic kinda looks like Beryllonite.
