Here’s a recent tumble, one of those consolidation batches – a real bunch of mutts . . . everything but the kitchen sink. ;D Rich

Excellent! Can you ID any of the 10 in the last photo? Looks like some picture jasper?
Anything special about this batch to get such a good shine?

The kitchen sink in the middle of the first two pics - Do you know what it is? The first pic. looks like it has "fire" in it. Might be the light but you sure got a killer shine there.

That is a killer batch of what you call mutts! That tumble, last pic, last row in the middle; Blue Biggs? what ever it is, is eye candy.

Stonewizard - The rectangular one in the middle is Piranha agate. It's the end of the slab i got these from: Ejs- top row: Arizona wood (Desertdweller); unk. agate; Mexican lace; unk midlle row: Imperial jasper; Bruneau jasper (Catmandewe); picture jasper bottom row: Mojave jasper (Sabre52); two picture jaspers Sitnwrap - I'm not too swift on the various picture jaspers, but I'd say it isn't Blue Biggs. Hey Dennis, the Piranha is from Brazil. Not usually banded like your basic Brazilian, but more 'swirly'. Most of 'em are nice and colorful too. Just picked up a nice two-pound heel today at the show in New Milford. Rich

There's some real corkers in there too, I have to say that rectangular tablet is brilliant, I really like that one, and the Kalahari Picturestones took a super shine, that's tricky stuff to tumble, nice job on all of them! Piranah, or Parana Agate is always a spectacular stone, you got some super clarity in those tumbles, really aced the shine. A good batch of Agates is always a pleasure to peruse, I enjoyed your efforts very much.
Did you tumble the slab straight in the barrel? Looks to have a fantastic shape, did you preform it on the saw first?
Thanks,
Sparkles.
