Wish I'd known earlier when I was at wal-mart, I'd have stopped and done a little reading. May have to pick it up! But can any one doubt that this board deserves honorable mention, After all it is the best on the net! Do I sound a little prejudice?

KD I JUST discovered a treasure everyone!! Where can I post this- an October, 1966, article from Lapidary Journal?! My Great Great Uncle Clyde was a genius sphere maker from Whittier, California, & he had a multi page article written on his self taught skills; I'd like to scan the article, attach, and share on the forum...especially for all the "Sphere-Heads"!! I KNOW there's a "Sphere" category/thread, but would this type of entry go w/ the "odd & ends" type of threads? Thanks all! -Brandi

This site has been around a long time. A lot of threads and section titles have been shuffled since then.

This site has been around a long time. A lot of threads and section titles have been shuffled since then. Thank you. I will post there soon as I'm able. Maybe i will check the Lapidary Journal website archives and see if I'm able to pull a color copy to link & in the sphere section. Could attach w/my photo copy. My uncle's inlay work needs to be seen in color if available. Right now I only have a 4 page, b&w photo copy of the article- I found at my grandfathers house in San Francisco last week. TMI...Nevertheless, I'm excited & appreciate your guidance rockjunquie
